POF shrink film,full name is muli-layer co-extruded polyolefin shrink film.It has some properties
such as green,safe,reliable,high shrinkage rate and good heat sealing,cold-resistant,antistatic and no
poisonous gases during using,it meets with requirements of US Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
certification.
Currently our company has three series POF shrink film products:standard film,functional fim and
high performance film.
POF shrink film is mainly used for packaging of regular and irregular shapes.Currently it is widely used in external &bundling packaging in the following fields,such as food,pharmaceuticals,cosmetics, gifts,stationery,books,woodproducts,hardware,daily necessities,and waterproof membrane products etc.
It is suitable for semi-automatic and fully automatic packagingmachines.
What is SUNWARD'S biodegradation technology?
There are three phases:
Phase 1:
Storage and usage. In this period, the technology is not activated. The way of its packaging is the same as how other non-biodegradable material pack. The typical period is 6-36 months.
Phase 2:
Convert to wax. After life cycle, in the environment where heat, air, moisture and sunlight are present, the material is convert to wax chemically at fast speed. The typical period is 3-7 months.
Phase 3:
Bio conversion in open-air environment. Bio-available wax will bio-convert via bacteria, fungi, etc. which exist in the soil in open-air environment. The typical period is 12-24 months.

What is SUNWARD'S biodegradation technology?
Shanghai Sunward adopted the world's first biodegradation technology that is able to biodegrade polyolefin packaging material completely in an open-air environment, making biodegradation come true.
In the natural environment, advanced catalytic systems chemically convert PP and PE into biousable wax, and naturally occurring microorganisms biotransform the wax. No microplastics are left after degradation.
