Product Description
PA66 plastic raw material is translucent, white or black crystalline polymer polyamide resin, the English name is polyamide, referred to as PA. Commonly known as Nylon (Nylon), it is a general term for polymers containing amide groups in the main chain repeat unit of macromolecules. It is the largest production, the most variety and the most widely used variety in the five engineering plastics.
Nylon as a large amount of engineering plastics, widely used in machinery, automobiles, electrical appliances, textile equipment, chemical equipment, aviation, metallurgy and other fields.Become an indispensable structural material in various industries, its main characteristics are as follows:
1. Excellent mechanical properties. Nylon has high mechanical strength and good toughness.
2. Self-moistening, good friction resistance. Nylon has good self-lubricity and small friction coefficient, so that it has a long service life as a transmission component.
3. Excellent heat resistance. Such as nylon 46 and other high crystalline nylon thermal deformation temperature is very high, can be used at 150ºC for a long time. PA66 pass

4. Excellent electrical insulation performance. Nylon has high volume resistance, high breakdown voltage resistance, and is an excellent electrical and electrical insulation material.
5. Excellent weather resistance.
